Thank you for completing the loft conversion in our 'semi' in such an efficient manner. When you first came to view our property your advice and assistance was especially valuable as we were not sure of the options we had available. You helped us to come to what was our final plan although throughout it was particularly helpful when you discussed each part of the conversion and you made adjustments after talking things over with us.

As we are both very busy it was really helpful in the way you managed the whole project ensuring all discussions with Council building inspectors took place without giving us any anxiety and the fact that all the sub-contractors you arranged were on time and worked to your high standards. It was very noticeable that each day after your work you all cleared up and this meant that we had to manage with minimal disruption throughout.

What was also very obvious was the high level of technical skill and attention to detail which both you and all your sub contractors undertook throughout, all of which has contributed to an excellent finished job. We were both out on the last day you were here, and it was a delight to come home with every part clean and tidy. Even the drive looked as if nothing had taken place and certainly not having had loads of waste material on it for the previous five weeks.
